I had been impressed by Holters’ comprehensive and modern marketing materials for some time, so when I decided to sell my property, they were the first estate agents I contacted. Both Zoe and Ele came out to conduct a market appraisal, and they were equally friendly and professional, putting me at ease and filling me with confidence. When I decided to market my property sooner than planned, Ele and her team delivered an incredibly quick turnaround. Viewings began just 30 minutes after the listing went live, and the property was sold within 48 hours! Ele was fantastic at negotiating the best sale price and went above and beyond to secure the offer promptly, enabling me to move forward with my new property purchase. Post-offer, Ele continued to be an enormous support, offering advice and guidance throughout the entire buying and selling process. Whenever things became stressful or I felt overwhelmed, Ele was always the calm and measured voice at the end of the phone.
