At the tender age of 20, Will completed an apprenticeship at one of the largest independently owned estate agents in the country while also becoming a member of the National Association of Estate Agents, where he quickly became one of the senior negotiators in their flag ship office. By the age of 22 Will had already seen a significant change from the traditional way properties were being sold, so, together with Co-founder Karl Morgan, Will left his role in traditional estate agency to launch Holters Estate Agents in 2013. Having grew up in Knighton and attended school in Presteigne Will has vast knowledge of both areas. Will currently resides in Ludlow with his wife, son and dog. Outside of work Will is a keen sportsperson and plays rugby for Ludlow RFC and golf in the summer months.

With over 20 years experience as an estate agent in Mid-Wales, Tom recently passed the milestone of working for 10 years for the company. “I thrive on providing high standards of marketing to my clients, raising the bar with the presentation of their homes and also the service in which I provide to them as clients. I feel at Holters we offer a unique blend of fantastic modern marketing methods, which combined with our local knowledge, provides the best outcome for our clients. I am keen to expand the Holters brand with properties now being listed and sold in areas like Hay-on-Wye and West Wales. It is fantastic to see how our good reputation is spreading". On a personal note, Tom has a beautiful daughter and partner and lives on a farm in the heart of the Brecon Beacons just outside the town of Brecon, tending to his Bluefaced Leicester's in the evenings and weekends. With plenty of success in the sale and show rings over the years, he was recently asked to judge the Royal Balmoral Show in Northern Ireland.

Zoe joined the Holters team in 2019 after a period at a property management company sparked a real passion for property. Now a successful sales negotiator and progressor based in the Ludlow office, if you are selling or buying through Holters you are likely to speak to Zoe during the process. "Working closely with Will and Tom allows me to continually learn from their experience and knowledge. Buying into their philosophy of customer service inspires me to provide the best for our clients each and every day, my number one goal is to make the sale process as easy and stress free as possible for both our vendors and buyers. "

Lizzie joined the Holters team in July 2024 after completing A Levels where she developed an interest in property and social media marketing. Lizzie is based in our Ludlow office where she deals with day-to-day administration, arranging viewings, gathering feedback, sales progression and content creation for our social media channels. If you are selling or buying a property through Holters, you are likely to speak to Lizzie during the process. In her spare time, Lizzie loves being in the countryside and has a passion for all things motorsport!

Eleanor Short, known to most as Ele, is Holters’ Partner Agent for Montgomeryshire, specialising in rural homes, period properties and smallholdings across Mid Wales. With strong family ties to the area and two young children of her own, she has a genuine understanding of the communities and countryside she serves. Passionate about helping people move, Ele combines local knowledge with a personal approach, taking the time to understand both her clients and their properties. Her love of design and distinctive homes gives her a particular appreciation for properties with character and personality. Fluent in French and having previously lived in France, Ele still visits regularly with her family, spending time there in both winter and summer.

Laura joined the team in 2025, bringing over a decade of property experience, energy and enthusiasm, and a talent for building strong relationships to her role as Sales Progressor and Administrator. Passionate, approachable and highly people-focused, she is dedicated to guiding clients through every stage of the sales journey, ensuring the process is smooth, clear and as stress-free as possible. Outside of work, she enjoys a busy social life with friends and family and being a mum to her children, Zac and Eliza, often cheering them on at their football matches. She also enjoys running and walking her dog Poppy in the glorious place we are very lucky to call home.
