Referral Fees

The latest guidance from the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 requires the Estate Agency sector to address the issue of transparency of fees.

Holters refer clients to carefully selected companies which we believe you may benefit from using their services. You are not under any obligation to use the services of any of the recommended providers, although if you accept our recommendation the provider is expected to pay us a referral/ introducer fee. This is separate from your obligation to pay our own fees or commission.

From the following providers we may receive a referral fee per transaction as indicated:

Solicitors

MFG Solicitors - Average £150

Movewithus/JS Law/ORJ Law - Average £350

Surveyors

JTDS Architecture - Average £75

N.B. “Clients” includes vendors and purchasers. The above figures exclude VAT
