The Property

The Location

Llowes is a pretty small village located alongside the A438 between Glasbury-on-Wye and Clyro, the village sits facing the wonderful Black Mountains and is ideal for rural walks and a convenient county life.

The village has its own church and is on the bus route. Village conveniences such as a shop, post office, pub and petrol station can be found in both Neighbouring village which are under a 5 minute drive away.

Further facilities can be found in the popular market towns of Hay-on-Wye or Brecon.

Please Note

Please note that approximately 6 years ago, during a period of heavy rainfall this property was flooded along with many other properties in the village. The river that runs through the village is now regularly dredged and the river banks are well maintained by the Local Council. To further alleviate the issue, the owners at the time also raised and narrowed the then driveway and also blocked up the garage door to prevent any water entering the house itself.
