The Property- Set in the most beautiful mid-Wales countryside you will find this detached Farmhouse tucked away along a quiet lane. As you ascend the hill approaching the property you remain almost unaware of the stunning views unfolding behind you, that is until you step out of the car and look into the distance. Once you have managed to tear your eyes away from the view you will bring your focus to the property in hand, as you arrived at your destination you will have noted to your left a rather characterful barn and newly erected outbuilding.

Having undergone a compliment of refurbishment works in 2010 and more still in 2017, the main house should be found to be in excellent order. Occupying an elevated position which takes full advantage of the wonderful views on offer makes this property a must see for anyone wishing to have a stunning outlook. The property can be accessed from either the front or the rear, a storm porch provides shelter the front entrance door while a rather more substantial porch gives access to the back and provides plenty of space to take off those muddy walking boots. The Sitting Room is a good size and has a very attractive brick built fireplace, which is just crying out for a wood burning stove to cosy up to on those cold winter nights. The room has a window looking out to the front making it light and airy while the natural wood found in the roof timbers, paneling and skirting give a warm welcoming ambiance. Doors lead through to both the Entrance Hall and Kitchen Diner. The Kitchen Diner is sure to be the hub of the home, fitted with a smart array of cream matching wall and base units which provide all the storage and working space you need while still having space for a good sized dining table and chairs, it is a great room to share with the family. A Utility Room off the Kitchen provides the functional area of the property, with plumbing for a washing machine and space for a tumble dryer you can keep some of the day to day chores hidden out of sight. The previously mentioned Rear Porch is also access through the Utility Room.

On the first floor you will find the Landing which gives access to three decent size Bedrooms, the two smaller Bedrooms are positioned over the Kitchen and enjoy views down the valley and off the stream running to the rear of the property respectively. The Master Bedroom is found over the Sitting Room and has a cast iron fireplace to add a little character. With stunning views to the front this is a superb room to greet the morning as you awaken. Completing the accommodation is the Shower Room which is fitted with a clean white suite comprising a wash basin, wc and walk-in shower cubicle. In here you will also find a useful airing cupboard for storage.

Outside you maybe surprised to find there is not a huge amount of formal garden area, this is due to property being built on the hillside, although given that there are 22 acres for you to explore do you really care? While we do not want you to get carried away with the notion of running an equestrian centre as a lot of the ground is quite steep and comprises a lot of woodland, it is none the less a good sized piece of land to call your own and is ideal for grazing sheep. This coupled with the newly erected carport, previously mentioned barn and the detached Farmhouse means that you really do get a huge amount for your money, if you want peace, space, views and tranquility but your budget will not stretch to the 10 bedroom mansion that usually offers all of these features then Nainfa is the property for you.
